Second higher education
1. Admission Requirements
Higher education diploma. Admission on the basis of an interview.
2. Documents submitted to the Admission Board:
- Application (may be written on site);
- Copy of a higher education diploma and a supplement to it (an extract from an examinations and tests results statement);
- 6 3×4 cm photos;
- Passport.
3. Qualifications:
- Finance and Credit — training will be given on Sundays from 10.00 till 16.00 at the address bld. е, г, 80 Leningradskoe shosse, Sokol metro station,.

4. Training forms
Distant learning:
- Week-end programme — classes will be given on week-ends, once a week.
- On-line programme — distant learning using on-line technologies.

5. Training cost
- Finance and Credit — 22000 roubles per term;
- Law — 22000 roubles per term.
- Training begins in the middle of September.
6. Training duration — 3,5 years
7 terms according to the state standard.
7. Training programme
Academic process is based on curricula conforming to the respective second generation education GOSTs (state standards).
8. Qualification
Upon completion of the training students will take a state cross-disciplinary exam and defend their graduation work in front of a state certification board. After that students will get a state-recognized higher education diploma and will be duly qualified.

Working hours: on working days from 10.00 till 19.00 and on days off from 10.00 till 17.00
